By accessing or using SuspectGuess, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SuspectGuess is an online social deduction game. Some features may require an account.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining secure access to your authentication methods.
• Do not impersonate others or use someone else’s account.
• We may limit or block accounts if we detect abuse or suspicious activity.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, promote hate, or discriminate.
• Do not exploit bugs, cheat, abuse automation, or attack the infrastructure.
• Do not post illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights (including IP and privacy).
• Do not attempt to obtain other users’ data, session tokens, keys, or sensitive information.

5. User content

If you submit content (e.g., chat), you confirm you have the right to post it. We may moderate, hide, or remove it to enforce these terms, protect the community, or comply with law.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its design, and branding belong to WESTVURM LLC or its licensors. Do not copy or redistribute without permission.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, or improvements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Suspension / termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or compromise the service.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you retain your mandatory consumer rights. Jurisdiction will be determined under applicable rules depending on the user’s country of residence and/or the controller’s location (null).
